@gamingonlinux have to agree, Kotaku won't learn.. they will just wait awhile before doing it again @gamingonlinux Was the original article text also hostile/unfriendly about the addition? I know in many publications the article title and leading text are chosen not by the writers, but by the people designing the lead page and stuff. In other words, it's quite possible that Kotaku was just click-baiting people into rage clicking. Which is a shit practice, but given that people expect news and games writing to be free, and thus ad funded, it is a sad consequence. |
