@mcc @Sweetshark Honestly, I doubt that you can opt out of GitHub Copilot's code scraping by putting up such a document, if you have already agreed to their ToS (by signing up). The only solution that could possibly make scraping more difficult for Microsoft would be using a non-big-tech Git hosting provider, such as https://codeberg.org.
