@betula I mean, I know that the browser's way of saving a bookmark is bound to a shortcut, for example firefox has ctrl+d, and ctrl+b to view them. Is it possible for this platform to hook into that?
@betula ahh, so a different way of doing bookmarks. Sure, it feels kinda clunky, but well...it works. Also, is there a way to import all my browser bookmarks into this at once?
@bgtlover no way that I know of. Perhaps one could write a script that made HTTP requests or modified the Betula database directly. Import from browsers was thought of before but not implemented yet.
@betula yeah, about 500, on this device alone. Perhaps afew more on another device, others on another. No, I don't use firefox sync, for privacy reasons, basically because I can't self-host it.
@bgtlover I've written up a lengthy explanation on bookmarklets: https://garden.bouncepaw.com/hypha/betula_bookmarklet
I hope it helps you!
TL;DR: you can save pages with a hotkey. My hotkey is Cmd+Alt+1.
