I tried to use deepl, which is very good. But it seems impossible to use it in fedilab.

You need to enter your API key.

Settings → Timelines → Translate messages → You can choose 2 or 3 languages.

When you try to translate a message in Fedilab, a popup will ask you in which language you'd like to translate the message.
