@pieselpriemel here, at Russia, we don't care racial aspect, we talk about cultural dependency of all "collective" western culture and people, calling them all White People in Mark Twain's meaning

The point is: russians feel that common western nations do not accept them as equal.

So, there is a common word "white man" to use as a symbol of "golden billion's" values.

It's not only russian thing. Every country, that Europe and USA used to robe, have similar phrases.
