Gregory's Server@ivory Selecting the 'People' on the Explore page crashes the app. Can't relaunch it coz it defaults to that page when opened again.

@ivory I wish I could but each time I launch the app, it crashes. I may have to delete and redownload.

@pratik We noticed your server doesn't have a People tab in the Explore section. Not sure if your instance admin configured the server that way, or if it wasn't available in that specific version of Mastodon. Either way, not sure why it's crashing. Try just restarting your device before reinstalling. Might save you some headache if that works.

@pratik Very weird. Definitely need that crash report somehow. But maybe someone else will run into the issue as well.

@ivory Wish I could help but it's a catch-22 situation. If I can recreate that crash, I can't launch the app to send the report. It happened even after I reinstalled the app after deleting it. |
@pratik Can you go to the bottom of the Support section of Ivory's settings and use the "Contact Us" button with a quick note about the crash? It should attach crash logs to the email as well so we can take a look.
