I tried "hazelnut roasting temperature" just now and the top results include some stuff that could well be AI generated but also actual websites like BBC food and wikiHow. And basically all of them say to preheat the oven to either 175 or 180 °C.
@j My search phrase was “temperature to roast hazelnuts”. I just tried it again and am now getting the wikihow result which I trust. I did change some settings in DDG, so that might have helped. Or it is just the time of day or phase of the moon.
