Gregory's ServerI've been very pleased with kagi.com search. Just did a test search for your chestnuts temperature and the top three sites appeared to be legit food resources. Kagi isn't free ($5/month) but sooooo totally worth it.

@ralfmaximus @bhawthorne Yeah, I’ve switched pretty much completely to Kagi. There's something horribly amusing that a little company like that now produces better search results than Google, just because their incentives aren't all fouled up.
