No unit mismatches? Converting between Celsius, Fahrenheit, Réaumur, Kelvin, or Rankine may be confusing, even for U.S. folks. For that archive you mentioned, I recommend the Kiwix Offline Reader (via Fdroid, https://f-droid.org/packages/org.kiwix.kiwixmobile/)

@sven_ola @bhawthorne @dahie Celsius: Used by ordinary people in most of the world
Fahrenheit: Used by ordinary people in the US
Réaumur: Used by historians of science in the 18th century and people who wish to be confusing
Rømer: Used by historians of science in the 18th century who want to be *extra* confusing
Kelvin: Used by proud geeks and nerds throughout the world, though not normally for recipes.
Rankine: Used only by centenarian+ engineers in the US or UK (again, not normally for recipes), or by people who love cursed units
