@garritfra I’ve been dealing. With this for about a year. Same thing, feels like I need to keep yawning, can’t get enough air in. Mine seems to be related to anxiety, but it’s tricky because I don’t _think_ I’m anxious when it starts.

@garritfra An interesting post, and mouth breathing is far more destructive than we realise.

A couple of books that I read a few years ago may interest you. They completely changed the way I approach breathing.

First, Breath, by James Nestor: uk.bookshop.org/p/books/breath

Second, The Oxygen Advantage by Patrick McKeown: uk.bookshop.org/p/books/the-ox

The second one is a little more athletic performance related, with most basic topics already covered in Breath.
