@CiaraNi As we say in English, You've hit the nail on the head. We now have to have a mobile phone attached to our person at all times, learn to use it, hope that there's a signal and then there's no guarantee there'll be a useful response on the other end. 99.9% of website a very badly designed and a torment to use. They're never tested on normal human beings.

@DevraWiz This sums up the secondary issues well - even if absolutely essential to provide the service and even if has the best user design in the world, most solutions still assume that the user has a good connection and a full keyboard and a decent screen and time to focus, not that they're trying to jump this digital hurdle on a fiddly phone or on the move.
