@DevraWiz This sums up the secondary issues well - even if absolutely essential to provide the service and even if has the best user design in the world, most solutions still assume that the user has a good connection and a full keyboard and a decent screen and time to focus, not that they're trying to jump this digital hurdle on a fiddly phone or on the move.
