@StarkRG @thomasfuchs unfortunately that practice (continued use equaling acceptance of new terms) is well established. I agree that it's shit in cases like this, but changing it to explicit agreement would make the hassle from the GDPR cookie pop-ups seem like nothing in comparison. @nbl @thomasfuchs Maybe I should just issue a blanket statement that I don't agree to any such terms in the future. This is a legal declaration in a public forum. If they can do it, so I can I. |
