Gregory's Serversam henri gold, because decent 5K monitors don't exist yet. While it is possible to buy the studio display in Russia, it's $3190.14 (with a discount!), and it's not good enough even at Apple's official prices, let alone with this grey import tax.

 Eugen, it's been slowly taking over "р" and "руб" in the last ~10 years and by now it's everywhere.  @grishka That's brutal. What about the prices for the LG UltraFine? Those use the exact same panels that Apple uses for iMacs. They have 24 and 27 inch versions, both have the right pixel density for a true Retina experience sam henri gold, if you mean LG 27MD5KL-B, it's around 100k rubles, that's $1100.09 and that's reasonable I suppose? But it only comes with matte finish 🤔 @grishka It's glossy, I had one. It's got an anti-reflective treatment so it's not a mirror, but it's properly glossy. Just not made out of glass. |
@grishka @samhenrigold Huh. Are those rubles? Have they always had that special character? I remember prices just saying Руб. Apparently the new symbol was added in 2013 💀
