@mcc My buddy used to have a place like… 30 seconds away from that very spot. Idk how he pulled off 800 sqft in the heart of Kensington, but it was great while it lasted.

Would love to wake up down town every day, but rent down there is probably more than double what I pay in condo fees rn.
