Gregory's Server@IsleInTheHeavens i pushed a version on itch.io that has the generated table of contents, but it means there's no cover or title page. I think being able to navigate through the file may be more important for a PDF.

Just went ahead and pasted in the three cover pages from the original PDF, works like a charm now
