@ErickaSimone not it exactly, but HearThis .at and mixcloud .com are kind of close. it's just radio shows put together by volunteers. not sure how hearthis does it, but mixcloud keeps saying they have contracts with labels to make sure artists get paid. so it's like an online archive of college radio shows.
