@ifixcoinops Good to know Brother is fine. My rec was always to find a slightly aged enterprise printer and go for that. I'm using an HP I salvaged from an IT job. I've had to replace the ink once in the 6 years I've had it. It got me through my master's and I printed a lot then.
@jeremiah @ifixcoinops yep, this is my current system. Back in the day (must be 20 years ago) I had a B&W Kyocera laser that served us very well, but an enterprise colour HP was too tempting. I’m glad I’ve never had to suffer a consumer printer.
