@mina This one is for you @dianemagras - I only learned about #needlefelting here on Mastodon. There is some awesome creativity and artistry to be found here. @mina Not sure that's real, but Honduran White Bats are definitely a thing. @globox we got those white bats here in tropical Caribbean basin of Central America https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honduran_white_bat?wprov=sfla1 This is true craft. Yana makes absolutely beautiful animals by hand. If I were an artist or a craftsperson, I would consider "this looks like ai" an insult. But it's not fake news. I never said, these were biological animals. They are beautiful works of art and you can see it, if you look close enough. Also: The artist is credited. Besides: If you look into the toot's answers, you see, I always responded truthfully, when asked. Fake news (lies) are an entirely different story. No need to apologise! You're interested in promoting truth, and that is a noble endeavour. Actually, when I was a kid and visited my grandparents in Bavaria, I saw "Wolpertingers" (photo) displayed in glass cabinets in local museums and I totally believed the local legends of their existence. ©Saalhauser Bote Actually not. The Alt-text is for people, who can't see, but how would they be able to watch closely and see, they are made from felt, as you and I can? |
@mina und die Schneekobra!
