@gamingonlinux "Free for non-commercial use" is not free.
At best It's a marketing tactic.
At worst It's a trap to trick users into making something, then to be able to hold user's creative work hostage until they hand over cash.
It's scummy. Look for an actually free open source alternative. There are some really good ones.

But the initial cost of entry is still free, so it's still accurate.
While I would naturally love more people to use the likes of Godot, this is feels like a silly argument overall on a big improvement to a popular game engine.
