@ecksearoh He is also a homophobe who donated to an political cause against marriage equality. @KinkyKobolds @ecksearoh it's based on chromIUM with additional (optional) crypto bullshit baked in. @ecksearoh I'd recommend vivaldi.com, if it needs to be chromium-based. Otherwise Firefox, or a fork of it, like LibreWolf or Mullvad. @ecksearoh Edge becomes more and more AdWare. @ecksearoh @fasnix Since Edge follows Chromium/ Chrome there is a good chance extensions like this will stop working in Edge as well. @ecksearoh @burkettlabs Google is not only disabling uBlock as in "toggling a switch". They're removing APIs, making any ad blocking extension stop working properly for "security reasons". So to effectively keep supporting these extensions alternative browsers based on Chromium will either have to do a lot of extra work or implement their own ad blocker and boy oh boy is Google going to make it hard for them. @fasnix @ecksearoh @nixCraft I've been using Vivaldi for a while It's tab-splitting ability has saved me so much time. @fasnix @ecksearoh @nixCraft Does Vivaldi support running multiple browsers with different Google profiles at the same time? |
@ecksearoh @nixCraft I use Brave.
