Gregory's Server@aynish I know this will never happen, I’m not a developer. Would a library of Congress type entity where companies had to deposit their code etc, and it would be made public if/when they failed be feasible?

@fungalinflectio yes, it would have to be some sort of library/archive but we don't have to stop at software
and these institutions need funding
