I think more important than the 'money' or 'without reading' aspect it's the "he who writes the contract": consumers have no choice as to the contents of the contracts they enter into. @john_philip_bell @april @lcamtuf People as a society have the power to make a choice. But the collective will isn't there. All my data is being kept "hostage" @ Facebook, because i refuse to accept their new terms in Europe, and there's no way i'm paying them to stop doing so either, because i bet we will see a "scandal" in the future, where someone leaks intel about their "dark secret private data profiling".
