@nancywisser I'm already gone from the area, unfortunately. I'm longing to return though. @Gargron out of interest, how do you get your photos developed (seemingly) so fast - do you have a portable darkroom, film scanner? @Gargron @Gargron Momentarily mistook this for a painting. Thought it was a metaphor, but maybe I've watched Steve Coogan in The Trip one too many times. Great image. @Gargron One of my favorite classic lenses. I use it quite often on my Fuji cameras, the first shot from 2021 with my old X-S10 and the second from last fall with my X-H2s. Great swirl bokeh. @Gargron your speed in developing and scanning whilst still on holiday is impressive. Are you the man in this photo? |
@Gargron The effect of the sharp focus at the center vs the blur towards the edges has a cool way of drawing the eye back to the subject. Is that a chromatic aberration that's in every shot from this lens?
