Looking up at the hanging flowers of a cerinthe plant as I lie on the ground. The flowers are bell-shaped, purple in colour with a pink rim and a single stamen in the centre. Behind them, the leaves change from purple-red to green as we look up along the stem. The background is the sky, so overexposed as to appear white

Looking at the same flowers from the side. Here we can see the deep purple of the lower leaves, and the flowers look more red or burgundy than purple. The background is blurred leaves of the same plant
