I don't know whether to laugh or cry but it has come to this. I like to run, but people tell me core muscles are important, too. And so a while ago I installed an app with a bunch of exercises that'd I'd like to do on the days when I don't run. It only takes about 12 minutes and I still don't do it nearly enough. So now I'm the kind of guy who thinks about telling people: "there's an app for that…" đŸ™ˆ
