 @thisismissem yea, but: people may not have raw user growth as an objective, but they do have objectives, no? Like move news off Twitter into the fediverse, or all of their friends, or governments or whatever β¦ without a well thought-out playbook that is unlikely to happen imho.  @J12t I don't really feel that's the case; they'll sure welcome and give support & learn from it, but it's not a "playbook" that gets rinsed & repeated. |
@J12t because folks aren't actually motivated by growth at all costs. From what I can tell, everyone's doing stuff because they think it's the right thing to do.
