To be fair though, Moshidon and Megalodon crash more often :blobcatgooglyholdingitsheadinitshands: @ErikUden @Mastodon @Tusky @megalodon I do not use megalodon too often because of the way too small font and no option to change that. On #tusky there are very rare crashs with my xiaomi redmi Note 12 Pro+ ... @AndyGER @ErikUden @Mastodon @Tusky @megalodon my Megalodon has never crashed. Never noticed any problem with font size either, but I use it on my 8" tablet - I use Tusky on my phone. Both are great apps. My only criticism of Megalodon is that I've never found a way to see or allow follow requests. @ErikUden @AndyGER @Mastodon @Tusky @megalodon Latest version of Moshidon is rock solid. @AndyGER thanks to you i have learned about megalodon, and now my phone has a cute lil shark in it @AndyGER @Mastodon @Tusky @megalodon neither have "Add member to list" AFAICT... :psyduck: @AfroScribble @AndyGER @Mastodon @Tusky @megalodon Tusky has the ability to add accounts to lists: By no means. Many features i'm still missing and the app even does not care about people with handicaps like me. Not to mention the full support of the activity pub protocol. You may take a look at #tusky ... @Mastodon @Silversalty @Mastodon someone pointed me today, that you can exclude users in a list from being shown in the homefeed which helps a bit. You still have to follow, but you don't have to see the content always. @NafiTheBear @Mastodon @Mastodon better than @megalodon ? That's aiming high... @Mastodon Does it have translation support? It drives me crazy that Tusky doesn't have that ability. @incroyable_anis Non, c'est plutôt comme les Listes de Twitter. Tu peux ajouter des gens dans une liste et voir une timeline avec juste ces personnes. Exemple, tu fais une liste "personnes qui publient rarement" ou "fans de sport" et comme ça tu verra juste les messages de ces personnes. Tu peux ensuite décider si les personnes dans chaque liste peuvent apparaître ou non dans ta timeline principale. Ça répond à ta question? @Mastodon Does anyone know how get a true OLED dark mode instead of the gray, normal dark mode sets @Mastodon any chance you can make the home view not auto-scroll to the latest. I like to pickup from where I left off. @special_parakeet @Mastodon I have an issue with your app when trying to mention someone while using TalkBack. After typing @ and the first initial of the person I want to mention, it doesn’t verbalize the list of available users. @Mastodon You're not gonna stop until the heat death of the universe at this rate. @Mastodon and still, every single post with image previews gets blurry when I click on it. How can this be a thing? @Mastodon @Mastodon It would be very nice if you would think about #inclusion and that there are many people who have eye handicaps. Please offer an option for bigger fonts in your app. @Mastodon una sugerencia que tengo, y si colocan la opción de traducir toot integrada así como en "X"? 🤔 en la app para #Android. Usando algún traductor #OpenSource o #SoftwareLibre @Mastodon but did you fix the most annoying thing? The get new posts ribbon loses your place and then you have to scroll all over the place trying to find your place at last read root. Can't believe you shipped v1 with that annoying behavior. @Mastodon The app doesn't respect the "Show with content warning" setting in the "Filters" section. If you have a filter configured but you've disabled the "Show with content warning" setting (so filtered toots should be completely hidden), filtered toots are shown with a content warning regardless if this setting is enabled or disabled. I think this is definitely a bug. :blobfoxlaughsweat: @Mastodon there should be an option to hide boosted replies (I want to make a list with lemmy communities but I only want the posts, not the replies) @Mastodon how do these "new" lists different from the "old" lists that are already available on web? Very confusing feature release/naming. Edit: I now have been led to believe it's the same feature. Just Android support for it. The blog post does a terrible job of making that clear. |
@Mastodon #tusky and #megalodon are way ahead of you ...
