@evacide I'm not one of those hyper Apple hater types, but it's getting pretty exhausting seeing that so much of their alleged privacy-preserving innovations have turned out to be cosmetic theater. App labels, the "do not track" toggle, now this. /sigh

@ornaled There's virtually no enforcement. If you find them to be false, you can report them to Apple (I haven't seen any studies on how seriously Apple takes these reports but given their track record, I would have to assume "probably not very"). As a result, several investigations have found large percentages of them to be false.
