Gregory's Serveri just want an episode of Grand Design that pulls out all the stops:
- Couple in a strained marriage with no previous building experience living in a cramped caravan on-site
- They both have clashing aesthetics
- Shoestring budget
- Some absurd project like turning a crumbling 18th-century barn into a modern, eco-friendly family home
- The barn is also a listed building and any changes need to be approved by the town
- Construction keeps getting rain delayed
- Divorce by end of episode
