🧵 pt2: I will, if freelance or part-time contracts don't surface, eventually head back onto the W2 full-time market. I'm fortunate to not immediately need to rush to do so, but expect me to probably start taking interviews to that end in late Oct through November if the sudden pivot into contracting doesn't play out.

But I do think I'd like to explore this free agency a bit and see if I can find a working arrangement that allows me to help many projects on flexible schedules, rather than just 1

🧵 pt 3: This said, 4DWW full-time work gives me the kind of balance I seek in life, so *specifically* four-day roles in the W2/full-time space, I'm open to chatting about already.

🧵 pt4: I say "remote-only*" because I'm open to one or two days a month of IRL meetups in the PNW as necessary if they're productive and useful, but I'm not currently entertaining offers that involve RTO mandates on higher frequencies ("2-3 days a week in office", for example, is currently a dealbreaker, I may reconsider this later)

And if it matters for your work somehow, I'm a US citizen and thus authorized to work for any US employer. No sec clearances and limited interest in dealing w/them
