sam henri gold, ah also, one thing I remember very well from traveling to the US is how almost all restaurants serve these obscenely huge portions. I could never even approach finishing them. Was also amused by the fact that a "small" drink at US mcdonalds is around 500 ml. We call this "large" over here.
