@Iragersh OpenStreetMap has NO official authority on what constitutes a "correct" map. Our attitude is that we trust ground truth the most, i.e. people who actually physically went to the place and collected data. That's our gold standard.

We still have a quality control. On the OpenStreetMap website, the Notes system can be used to report errors in the map and anyone can work to fix them. Enable it in "Layers".
