@ErisCaffee @Ferencz @georgetakei Starlink wouldn't need to know the contents of the packets, since the drones themselves are connected to Starlink (otherwise disabling the system wouldn't matter.)
So they know where the transmitter is. And if they see a cluster of transmitters moving towards the coast of Crimea, it doesn't take a genius to figure out what they are.

That's a good point, though that would still probably constitute spying under Ukrainian law.
