My fave video of a conductor at work was one directing the Seattle Symphony (edited--found the vid) and they were doing "In the hall of the mountain king".

The comments were the best. My favorite one said "This conductor knows all 7 forms of lightsaber combat." And on and on it went.

I'm not surprised some of them are dripping sweat by the end of a concert.
