If you're in Australia or New Zealand, having the Snap Send Solve app is a super easy way to be able to help your community. You can use it quickly notify the relevant council or company about maintenance issues in public like water leaks, dumped rubbish, damaged playground equipment or abandoned shopping trolleys.
Just noticed a water leak while I was out walking. Spent less than a minute completing a report, the app identified the relevant water company and forwarded it to them, they were onto dealing with it within half an hour https://www.snapsendsolve.com/
@joannaholman As much as I find SSS useful, the app isn’t that consistently efficient everywhere, and it drives ‘power users’ away.
Streetlights to councils, electricity infrastructure to councils, GPS boundaries for councils incorrect, no way user can select right provider if app has selected the wrong one, causes unnecessary emails, and slow as a wet week at fixing fundamental issues with the app even with quality feedback.
I’d stay on NeatStreets if they’d update their app.
