However, as someone who is homeless, I cannot "go home".

Moreover, I am not alone. For approximately 150 million humans on Earth, homelessness is also their reality.

So, maybe our "bad days" cannot be so easily remedied?

I might hazard to posit: maybe our "bad days" are somehow linked to being homeless and finding it exceedingly difficult to sleep, or even more fundamental things like places to defecate and urinate.
