 Are you sure it's original and not a reproduction? The wiki article definitely makes it appear as something that's meant to be kept in a glass case, only 49 of them are known to exist @grishka It’s a very real one, it’s normally in the Columbia University archives though so it doesn’t see a lot of visitors. I was there with a study group so they made an exception for us  @exchgr i kept jamming my dirty finger into it but nothing happened. damn thing is busted |
