I'm answering your question and I have zero intention of being rude.

I see a lot of comics like this on Mastodon and Bluesky.

No joke given, nor even a point made. Often not even comprehensible.

The best explanation that I have come up with is that the author had a moment they personally found amusing/interesting and then made a cartoon out of it.
