The keyboard controller likes to randomly die (and sometimes can’t be recovered without buying a new keyboard), the battery life is very poor, the screen is very average, the trackball is VERY scratchy (and also likes to randomly stop working), and the keyboard isn’t very comfortable.

All of those issues aren’t just one-offs, I’ve seen them discussed online by a ton of people.
