@kellinwood I tried to find out WHY they're getting rid of them, so far without success. Makes me sad.
@wesdym My guess? Bureaucrats are rewarded for reducing costs. And color printing a rainbow costs more than a basic one or two color design. Remove rainbow, licenses now cost less to make, and bureaucrat that came up with the idea gets promoted!
