Gregory's Server@ivory Before I subscribed to Ivory one thing I liked about apps like (the now unsupported) Metatext was an instantaneous jump to the most recent posts, with a divider-notice down a few dozen posts at the point between the newest posts and the previous refresh, with a button to load the next-oldest posts.
@shepgo Yea most people don't like it that way. The way we do things has been a huge selling point of our app when it was based on Twitter. But there are more potential issues with it here on Mastodon as not every server is the same. We will make improvements to it.
