@ivory I've just updated Ivory for Mac and it's lost my subscription, and restoring purchases doesn't work 😔
Any idea what could be up here?

I updated Ivory for iOS too and that didn't have a problem.

@jamesog are you sure that’s not the TestFlight version of the app? Check your applications folder for multiple versions of ivory.

@ivory Definitely not. I removed the TestFlight version a while back, but just in case I double-checked: only one copy of Ivory.app and the TestFlight app doesn't have Ivory in it.

Reckon it's worth trying to reinstall it? Seems like something got confused.

@jamesog yea try that. Most of the time this issue is because of the TestFlight version. But you are the second person to report this so keeping an eye on this one. Try reinstalling and let us know if restoring the purchase still doesn’t work.

@jamesog so someone with the same issue just tried again shortly after and it worked. So could have been a temporary App Store server hiccup. Glad it’s resolved!
