@retiolus on my old instance the owner didn't do shit about CP when I EXPLICITLY GAVE HIM *INSTANCES* (hah) OF INSTANCES THAT HE FEDERATES WITH HAVING CP
Because he doesn't want to defederate unless absolutely necessary. CP was explicitly not allowed on that instance, but... Yeah, looking at the #cpp tag wasn't fun :)
