@pixelfed you should change the "opt-out search" to "opt-in search" to prevent the double-negative when the option is disabled (usually not best for accessibility)

@pixelfed It's good! Maybe the privacy sliders can be the other way around if you want opt-out? Have sliders/checkboxes that are default on, with "Public Account", "Searchable", "Show follower count"

@pixelfed I love that the options assure you that it can be changed later. Really helps for people who have decision paralysis and/or those who have been traumatized by dark patterns in software that don't make permanent decisions obvious.
