Framework :fedora: :ubuntu:

Something fun @jorge put together for the community - community.frame.work/t/custom-

Fedora configured, done and done, out of the box? This community fan project is absolutely worth trying. It's pretty darned impressive. github.com/ublue-os/bluefin#fr

I was planning on using nobara (the glorious eggrole version of fedora) when I got my 16", but this looks really interesting too

@RassilonianLegate @jorge Why not both? :) Test each, both projects are doing amazing things.

We're looking for testers for this community project. Thanks all

@Steve @frameworkcomputer I wish! I'd love for someone to do ostree builds of Debian, it'd serve as a great foundation.

It'd involve adapting or reimplementing some of the work EndlessOS has done. Trying to get the right people in the same room has proven to be the hard part but of course I'm always trying to make that happen.

I wonder if we could fundraise this if there was interest?

@frameworkcomputer Curious, is Framework not entirely functional on on stock Silverblue or is this just a test of a custom image?

Framework :fedora: :ubuntu:

@ampersand It is functional, however, there are tweaks we make on Fedora Workstation reflected in this image. Those workstation tweaks: guides.frame.work/Guide/Fedora

Framework :fedora: :ubuntu:

@ampersand So stock Silverblue would operate like Workstation, sans those tweaks.

@frameworkcomputer Nice! I could live without those in a pinch but it's cool to have it all working in that kind of environment.

poes :pla:

@frameworkcomputer ga heran kalo nantinya framework bakal shipping laptop dengan OS seperti system76 dengan pop OS! nya
