@neauoire smart idea to use the second largest lamp in the sky! in tidal prone areas would this also increase the vertical distance from ground-anchored debris? bc the moon's pulling all that water? haven't studied tides so much cause not as big of an issue around here ^^'
@cblgh The moon phases don't corelate too tightly with tides, at least not enough to make a difference in our case. We use the local tide tables for the rapids right now, those are really hard to predict reliably because it's influenced most of all by the underwater topology and narrowness of waterways.
