Pixelfed was no longer in TestFlight.
Your link said slot is full.
Nevertheless I clicked on open.
TestFlight asked if I wanted to test Pixelfed and offered me update.
Update done.

I think you can continue to test Pixelfed App, even if TestFlight shows that the slot is full, if you had already loaded a beta!?
