@J12t I'm not sure either. I think your interpretation is the strictest and most likely to be applied first, as we're going to be lucky if we see real enforcement of the interoperability requirements for the specifically enumerated cases (including group chats). However, the obligations on gatekeepers are broader and potentially cover much more than that.
