@gamesbymanuel Streaming service small print isn't necessarily fair, because who reads small print. But surely it comes down to what the parties could reasonably know at the time of the transaction. E.g. when we buy software we know it'll probably get sunsetted in X years, and accept that pirating the new version is stealing |
